1. DELIVERY PERIOD

The maximum period set for deliveries is 72 hours from the time it leaves our warehouses for deliveries to mainland Spain, although we endeavour to deliver within 48 hours. For all other destinations, the delivery period ranges between 3 and 7 working days.

Each delivery is considered completed from the moment the transport company makes the product available to the customer, which is evidenced through the control system used by the transport company.

In the event of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to Billowy, the customer may cancel their order in accordance with the procedure described in the 'return' section. Delays shall not be considered to have occurred in cases where the order has been made available to the customer by the transport company within the agreed period but could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer.

2. UNDELIVERED ORDERS AND LOSS

If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to arrange a new delivery. If, after 3 to 5 working days from the dispatch of the order, no delivery has been arranged, the order will be returned to our warehouses and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Likewise, the customer will be responsible for the return costs to the point of origin of the goods, as well as any associated management fees. These costs will be deducted from the amount paid for the purchase of the items. If the reason why the delivery could not be made is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers are usually between one and three weeks.

3. DILIGENCE UPON DELIVERY

The customer must check the condition of the package in the presence of the carrier who, on behalf of Billowy, delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If subsequently, once the product has been inspected, the customer detects any incident such as impact, breakage, signs of having been opened, or any other damage caused by the shipment, they undertake to notify Billowy by email as soon as possible and within a maximum of 7 working days from delivery.
