RETURN INSTRUCTIONS BELGIUM, NETHERLANDS AND OTHER COUNTRIES

  1. Request the return of your order to start the refund process.
  2. Place the item you wish to return in its original packaging (so that the inserted product matches the reference of the packaging).
  3. Attach the return label that you received with the package once the package is prepared.
  4. The courier, DHL, will pick up the package within 24-72 hours after the request is confirmed (no return label is required).
  5. If the courier does not arrive within the specified time frame, please drop off the package at a DHL collection point.

ISTRUZIONI PER LA RESTITUZIONE ITALIA

  1. Richieda la restituzione del suo ordine per avviare il processo di rimborso.
  2. Inserisca l'articolo che desidera restituire nella sua scatola originale (in modo che il prodotto inserito corrisponda al riferimento della scatola).
  3. Una volta che ha preparato il pacco, applichi l'etichetta di reso che ha ricevuto insieme al pacco.
