2. Return costs

Access your customer panel and once inside your order history, click on the order details, to see the products you have purchased and to be able to request the return of some of the products you have purchased.

Select the product and the product units for which you want to request a return, do not forget to write the reason for the return and click on the "Request a return" button.

We will review your request and if you meet the requirements you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return, from that moment you will be able to enter your customer panel again and check the status of the return, as well as download a file that contains all the information necessary for you to send us the product.

3. Reimbursement

In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all return costs will be borne by the seller. In any other case they will be the responsibility of the buyer. The return costs in the peninsula are: €4.99.

  • Return costs in the Canary Islands are: €30.85
  • The return costs in the Balearic Islands are: €11.99
  • Return costs to EU countries: €12 (except Spain)
  • The return costs in non-EU countries are: €60

4 Receive refund

In a few days you will receive the amount of your return with the same payment method you used for the purchase.
